Les Lamas
Nous étions alors dans la voiture qui roulait sans doute dans une vallée. Par la fenêtre, je pouvais apercevoir la montagne. Sur une des pentes, j’entrevis un ou plusieurs animaux orangés que je reconnus pour ce qu’ils étaient... Il s’agissait de lamas (des guanacos) parcourant librement les Andes et se tenant assez loin de la route.
Cette image représente un autre « spectacle » indéniablement marquant et sans doute inoubliable…

The Llamas
We were at the time in the car that was probably going in a valley. By the window, I could catch sight of the mountains. On one of the slopes, I caught a glimpse of one or several orange animals that I recognized for what they were… They were llamas (guanacos) freely travelling all over the Andes and standing quite far from the road.
This image represents another “show” undeniably memorable and probably unforgettable…

Los llamas
Estabamos entonces en el coche que circulaba sin duda por un valle. Por la ventana, podia distinguir la montaña. Sobre una de los pendientes, entrevi un o varios animales anaranjados que reconoci por lo que eran… Se trataba de unos llamas (unos guanacos) recorriendo libremente los Andes y estaban bastante lejos de la carretera.
Esta imagen representa un otro « espectaculo » irrefutablemente memorable y sin duda inolvidable…
